The jacquard machine features a closed up and down design for its cams. The cams are applied along with a dedicated jacquard needle selector for single or double technology, allowing the machine to knit a variety of high-quality single or double jacquard fabrics in various designs and colors. Our computerized single/double jacquard knitting machines are compatible with materials such as cotton, silk, chemical fiber, artificial wool, blended yarn, and high-elastic polyester silk.

• The jacquard machine is equipped with dust exhausting fans that effectively eliminate unnecessary cotton fibers, protecting sinkers and needles, and promoting running efficiency.

• Diagonal Narrowing Cams
  The jacquard machine adopts independent narrowing cams to fix the closed position of the needle latch. The withdrawal from tuck stitches also has permanent position that will not be affected by the length of yarn. The depth adjustment of narrowing does not require readjustment of the yarn feeding carrier. During light fabrics knitting, removing tuck stitches facilitates an easy knitting process and improves fabric quality.
• LCD Touch Screen
  It realizes the combination of machine operation and computerized needle selection. The operation interfaces are easily understood. The host computer is installed within the machine and the interfaces are placed at the two sides of the main control cabinet.
• Power Off Memory Function
  The equipment features a memory function and convenient USB ports. The pattern information is directly stored in the computer, which avoids the need for repeated input and data loss caused by an outage.
